Villa Scirocco sul mar Ligure

In one of the most evocative locations on the Riviera di Levante of the Golfo Paradiso, overlooking the Ligurian Sea, resting on the slopes of the Apennines and about eighteen kilometres from the centre of Genoa we find Villa Scirocco. A beautiful villa renovated with luxury finishes while maintaining neutral colours. The main feature are definitely the French windows which, with their splendid views, become an integral part of the decor, completing it like an impressionist painting. The large garden perfectly surrounds the villa and offers tranquillity and peace to guests as well as an incomparable sea view. The proximity to the sea, fashionable Portofino and beautiful Genoa makes Villa Scirocco the ideal choice for both families and groups of friends who want to visit the Riviera di Levante or simply spend days of pure relaxation between beach and pool delighted by a unique panorama.

Interior:
Villa Scirocco is arranged on three levels and divided into two independent flats. The main unit is located on the top two floors of the villa. The entrance is at the rear of the villa and on the first floor we find a large hallway leading to the panoramic living area with exit to the terrace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with direct exit to the outdoor dining area, a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a guest bathroom, and two double bedrooms with a further bathroom with shower. Climbing an elegant wooden staircase, one reaches the attic room that houses a double sofa bed and a service bathroom. The flat on the ground floor consists of a large living area with an open kitchen, a twin bedroom with single beds, a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Both flats have direct access to the beautiful and well-kept panoramic garden equipped with relaxation and dining areas to make the most of the view and the surroundings.

Park:
The garden composed of two plains sloping down on the front of the villa, completely enclosed, is purely lawned and planted with olive trees and typical Ligurian plants. The plain at the level of the main flat, completely overlooking the gulf, is used as an outdoor dining area where there is a table suitable for 12 persons and a brickwork barbecue with double grill and wood-burning oven. The plain on the level of the ground-floor flat where we find the swimming pool is arranged for sunbathing and relaxation areas.

Swimming pool:
The beautiful swimming pool lies on the lower terrace of the garden on an open and panoramic viewpoint. It is about 20 m from the villa and can be reached in a few steps from both flats. The pool is of irregular shape, lined with PVC and equipped with a Roman staircase. It measures 12 x 4.5 m, has a total surface area of 45 m2 and a depth that increases from 1.30 m to 1.80 m. To the side of the pool is the sunbathing area: on a stone surface is a sofa with armchairs shaded by a sunshade; on the same side is a shower with hot and cold water and a changing room. While all around, on the grass surface, we find sun loungers and deckchairs. The pool is sanitised with salt. It will be available from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
